Akkodis is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter for a 12-month contract, primarily supporting candidates in the Richmond, VA and McLean, VA area. The recruiter will own end-to-end recruitment, build diverse talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers across multiple teams to fill critical roles.

Key duties include creating strong job descriptions, sourcing broadly, and guiding negotiations on offers while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, create compelling descriptions, source diverse pipelines, market clients’ talent brand, screen candidates, advise on process, and negotiate offers.
• Source stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Provide an excellent end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise on market trends and recommend effective ways to attract talent.
• Develop candidate pipeline strategies (LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.) and consult with hiring managers on talent needs.

Job description

This Senior HR Recruiter role is a 12 - Month Contract with a client located in Richmond, VA and McLean, VA.

Pay Range: $40/hr. - $50/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle recruiting process. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing clients’ talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers

Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers

Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent

Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)

Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
• At least 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
• At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to hire Data Science, Quantitative, Data Analyst
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
• Support multiple teams
