Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager for a 12-month contract. The role concentrates on leading enterprise projects with both technical and functional stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and benefits are realized.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years as a Project Manager, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and PMP certification. This position requires USC or GC status due to client requirements and offers a W2 hourly pay of $70-73.

Job Title: Senior HR Project Manager

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Pay Scale: $70-73/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Project Details:

• Will support mulitple enterprise level projects that will require experience working with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Plans and coordinates closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts.
• Ensures plans and resource assignments are created and work progress is report via status reports.
• Works closely with, and provides direction to workstream leads to support program needs.
• Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
• Follows risk management plan for the project and ensures adherence to company and business unit requirements.
• Proactively identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes. Readily recognizes solution and determines at what point issues require escalation to management.
• Leads teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.

Must Haves

• 10 plus years of experience serving as a Project Manager leading enterprise level efforts.
• Strong planning (tasks and resource assignments), problem solving and analytical skills, with diligence and superior attention to detail sufficient to withstand scrutiny from leadership as well as program sponsor and program manager.

Desired Skills

• Planning and executing on ""readiness"" plans: Client Communications, Teammate Communications and Teammate Training...Organizational Change Management a plus.PMP certification.
• Finanical Services Project Management experience.
• PMP Certification
