Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in HR, project management or process improvement.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Plan and deliver HR organizational initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Partner with HR leadership to define objectives, deliverables and metrics.
• Provide insights and data to stakeholders to inform decisions.
