Job summary

DFAS in Indianapolis seeks a senior human resources leader to direct core HR program functions in a customer-centered environment, aligning with DoD, OPM, and DFAS regulations. The role designs studies to address long-term HR challenges and develops practices to enhance agency services.

The incumbent will supervise staff delivering operational personnel services, oversee planning and workload reviews, and ensure training, EEO compliance, and performance appraisals are correctly executed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop HR practices to enhance programs and service quality.

Perform supervisory responsibilities including staffing, training needs, EEO policy implementation, and performance evaluations.
