DFAS in Indianapolis is seeking a qualified professional to support the Military Pay Case Team at the DCMO Call Center. You will collaborate to develop new work sites, assess workload, and support systems, while implementing standard work processes to improve accuracy and productivity.

You will review SOPs, participate in system tests, and generate detailed reports to identify problems and modify processes. A background in financial management and DoD policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Monitoring financial systems to identify weaknesses and ensure compliance.
• Analyzing the impact of laws and regulations on financial policies, operations and systems and recommending changes to maintain compliance.
• Resolving complex financial inquiries in a call center environment.

• Develops and implements standard work processes to improve productivity.
• Reviews, prepares, and revises Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reviews the work of subordinate branches.
