Job summary

Defender Services Office in Washington, DC seeks a Chief of the Program Operations Federal Defender Human Resources Branch (HRB). You will lead HR strategy, oversee staff and policy development, and ensure high integrity services for defender organizations in support of the 6th Amendment.

You will guide executive-level presentations, manage timelines, and build stakeholder relationships across AO and FDOs while driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience leading HR policy, process, and strategy.
• Experience conducting research, data analysis, and trend monitoring.
• Experience managing federal or private sector HR functions.
