Job summary

The Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys and the Office of the U.S. Attorneys in Washington, DC is seeking candidates for a GS-13 level position.

To qualify, you must have specialized experience at the GS-12 level, including providing technical advice to staff on employee relations, performance management, benefits, time and attendance, payroll, and electronic personnel processing. Applicants should be prepared to meet time-in-grade requirements and submit an SF-50 showing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice and direction to staff regarding employee relations, performance management, benefits, time and attendance, payroll administration, and/or electronic personnel processing.
• Advising and guiding managers and supervisors on the development and issuance of performance appraisals.
• Making recommendations or communicating with employees, supervisors and management to ensure HR programs, policies, requirements, or staff needs are fulfilled.
• Directing and/or managing the processing of personnel actions, including personnel records management and data administration.
