Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience including payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and compliance for dispersed workforces.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and objectivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Advise leadership on people decisions and strengthen operating norms across properties.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting with Finance and Operations.
• Oversee multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly staff and ensure wage-hour compliance.
