Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using HR software.
• Maintain confidential employee files.
• Manage benefits programs and leave administration.
• Coordinate training on safety and harassment prevention.
• Handle workers’ compensation and wage garnishments.
• Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
• Partner with managers on recruiting and performance management.
• Stay updated on employment laws in California.
