The Human Resources Manager leads day-to-day human resources and payroll administration for Poly Performance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role supports employees and managers, maintains compliant HR practices, administers benefits and leave programs, and helps foster a professional, inclusive, and productive workplace. This position requires the highest degree of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be professional and approachable, with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a desire to excel.
Salary Range | $30-42 per hour
