The role coordinates recruiting, coordinates safety programs with Risk Management, maintains records, and ensures accurate payroll data entry in ADP/Payroll systems while supporting management and hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Requires high school graduate; Bachelor's degree in business or related field with two+ years payroll/benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP/Payroll systems and benefits administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads HR functions including hiring, interviewing, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Coordinates recruiting with recruiters for hourly vacancies and schedules interviews.
• Maintains employee records and ensures data accuracy for payroll and benefits processing.
• Enforces company policies, supports safety programs with Risk Management, and handles confidential information.
