Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years progressive HR experience with 8+ years in HRBP/strategic partnering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to senior practice leaders and regional executives.
• Translate enterprise strategy into multi-year people strategies and workforce plans.
• Lead succession planning and bench readiness for leadership roles.
• Partner on hiring, leveling, and onboarding for principal/region roles.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and team building.
• Lead sensitive employee relations matters and investigations with legal
• Advise on complex performance management, counseling, transitions, separations.
