Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a senior HR leader to partner with the Business Unit President and leadership team to translate business strategy into a comprehensive people agenda across talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

The role leads general HR delivery, coaches leaders, and manages complex employee and labor relations matters while driving change, succession, and development across multiple sites in Ohio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with broad General HR responsibility.
• Experience partnering with business leaders; strong labor relations experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business strategy into people strategies; strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the Business Unit President and leadership team, translating strategy into people actions.
• Develop and execute the Business Unit HR plan across talent, succession, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Independently lead employee and labor relations matters, investigations, corrective actions and terminations; assess risk.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, policy application and workforce decisions.
• Lead the talent agenda including succession planning and leadership development.
