Job summary

Rover is seeking an HRIS specialist to support Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations across the HR function. The role involves handling employee milestones and transactions, plus maintaining dashboards for turnover and headcount metrics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing pet care tech company. This position offers competitive compensation and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and other HR systems such as absence management software and ticketing tools.
• Experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with broad knowledge of HR functional disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
• Execute operational transactions for employee milestones including compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards and provide reporting on turnover, headcount, and other key metrics.
