Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Program Manager, HR Operations, to own immigration programs, MSP oversight, and cross-functional HR projects. You will manage end-to-end immigration cases, coordinate with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Finance, and build scalable processes to support a rapidly growing workforce.

The role emphasizes compliant, candidate-friendly operations, with emphasis on documentation, reporting, and data-driven improvements to support Astera’s global mobility strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR operations, program management, or immigration case management.
• Experience with immigration processes and external counsel or providers.
• Strong MS Office and workflow automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end immigration case management across employee lifecycle.
• Manage MSP relationships and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive cross-functional HR Operations projects at scale.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and compliance controls.
