Latitude AI is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist focusing on Immigration and Global Mobility to manage U.S. immigration needs and the international travel program for a diverse workforce in Pittsburgh, PA.

The role requires close collaboration with external counsel and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient immigration processes. You will maintain files, develop resources, and guide onboarding for foreign national employees while staying current with evolving immigration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Law, or similar).
• 4+ years of immigration law or HR experience with focus on immigration and international travel.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures related to employment-based immigration.
• Experience preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM).
• Experience managing an international travel program.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary immigration contact for employees, managers, and People Operations.
• Assess immigration needs and determine visa options.
• Prepare and review immigration applications with external counsel.
• Track progress and deadlines for cases; ensure timely filing.
• Coordinate with external counsel on complex matters and policies.
• Maintain accurate immigration files and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Develop internal resources and training on immigration policies.
• Assist onboarding of foreign national employees on visa requirements.
• Support internal audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with recruitment, compensation, and benefits on immigration processes.
• Track and audit immigration expenses by employee and case.
• Partner with Finance/Enterprise Services on travel policies.
