Astera Labs is seeking a Senior Program Manager, HR Operations to scale our global workforce and build an operational backbone for immigration, MSP management, and cross-functional HR projects. You will own end-to-end immigration case management, manage external providers, and partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to deliver compliant, efficient employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR operations, program management, or immigration case management.
• Experience managing employment-based immigration processes and external immigration counsel/service providers.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools for reporting, workflow automation, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Immigration program management across the employee lifecycle end-to-end.
• MSP oversight: manage external immigration and HR providers against SLAs and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional HR Operations projects and develop SOPs and compliance controls.
• Build dashboards and workflows to drive data-informed decisions.
