Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Senior Operations Consultant supports the design, deployment, and administration of HR operational processes, focusing on payroll, benefits, employee leaves, and Workers' Compensation. This role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient HR service delivery, compliance with regulations, and positive employee experiences. Reporting to the Total Rewards or HR Center of Excellence, this position handles benefits administration, HRIS reporting, and employee support.

Responsibilities

1. Support global payroll processing, ensuring process accuracy with providers.
2. Administer health, welfare, and retirement plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
3. Facilitate open enrollment activities and vendor interactions.
4. Create and analyze HR reports to support leadership decisions.
5. Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers.
6. Respond to employee inquiries and requests professionally.
7. Assist with I-9 documentation and file maintenance.
8. Support HR recognition programs and leave administration.
9. Reconcile benefits statements and invoices.
10. Conduct audits and recommend improvements.
11. Support onboarding processes and HR reporting compliance.
12. Update HR systems and respond to HR-related requests promptly.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
• At least 4 years of HR Operations experience.
• Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
