The role requires 5+ years in accounting/payroll, expertise with ADP Workforce Now and Insperity PEO, and strong Excel/Google Suite skills. Hybrid work, stock options, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general accounting and payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Insperity PEO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven payroll processing experience, including complex scenarios.
• Understanding of tax compliance and payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting audits and budgets preferred.
• Familiarity with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, I-9/E-Verify, and related standards.
• Experience supporting domestic sponsorships (H-1B, O-1, L-1, PERM) with legal advisors.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-state and multi-entity leave management programs ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment legislation and develop compliant policies.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity through auditing and updates; document HR system procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of global benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment.
• Drive global mobility and immigration strategy with visa guidance and timelines.
• Support multi-entity payroll operations across ADP Workforce Now and Insperity; handle payroll approvals and 401(k) funding.
• Review tax notices with HRIS tax team; assist audits and financial planning.
• Advise HR Business Partners on Employee Relations and manage investigations.
