Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with employee relations, compensation, recruiting, training, and compliance.
• Prior HR supervisory/leadership experience required; oilfield energy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HR team across hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, grievances, and leave management.
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage payroll-related matters with Accounting and 401(k) administration.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
