Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years payroll processing experience.
• 10+ years HR management experience in corporate environment.
• PHR certification (active).
• SPHR certification (PLUS).
• Knowledge of health benefits and 401k plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and compliance activities and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage employee data and records (soft and hard copy).
• Administer health benefits renewals and 401k plan administration.
• Oversee payroll processing and multi-state compliance and reporting.
• Recruiting administration and onboarding for Business Operations personnel.
• Support disciplinary investigations and references as applicable.
