Jobot in Manteca, CA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing operation. You will serve as the strategic and hands-on people leader across a high-volume facility, partnering with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of California employment law, a track record of building strong HR operations, and the ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day employee matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partner to plant leadership and the site’s HR Generalist team.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigations.
• Advise leaders on performance management, corrective action, terminations, and policy interpretation.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions in partnership with corporate HR and staffing partners.
• Support performance reviews, calibration, talent development, and performance improvement planning.
• Analyze HR trends and workforce metrics to help plant leadership make informed business decisions.
