Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Partner to serve employees and managers across the Americas and Europe. You will partner with business leaders on people topics, support engagement and culture, and help drive regional HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on collaboration in a lean team, using strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on role within a lean team.
• Able to work across backgrounds and cultures.
• Experience in multicultural/global company is a plus.
• Experience supporting sales/service/client-facing teams is a plus.
