Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an HR Manager 3 to lead E&S HR projects across the sector, partnering with senior leadership to align talent strategy with business goals. This role will influence talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and workforce development in a matrix environment.

The position requires senior leadership interaction, strong communication, and the ability to drive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 10+ years HR experience, or Master's with 8+ years.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sector-level HR projects and consult on HR strategy, programs and policies.
• Partner with client groups including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and retention initiatives.
• Develop and deploy workforce planning, retention and leadership development initiatives.
• Advise leadership on talent, onboarding, and change management.
• Provide data-driven insights and benchmark analyses for management decision making.
• Manage multiple HR programs across a matrix organization.
