Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a senior HR leader to own and drive HR programs for Morton, IL and Tremont, IL. You will partner with local leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people decisions, aligning with global strategy.

You will oversee HR operations, coaching the team, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and Illinois laws while guiding compensation, benefits, and talent initiatives across the sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functional areas.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Illinois labor laws and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience executing HR programs in a complex organization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage core HR programs for Morton and Tremont locations, aligning with global HR strategy.
• Translate global HR policies into locally compliant and effective practices, escalating risks as needed.
• Partner with local leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decisions.
