CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Technical Services Unit (TSU) and provide HR leadership to the Program Services Group. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5 years of related HR experience required.
• Equivalent additional related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic HR leadership to managers and employees across designated regions or divisions.
• Administer HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, workforce and succession planning, development, performance management, HRIS, recruitment support, relocation.
• Identify HR trends and issues, support workforce planning and succession planning.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations matters, handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and discrimination concerns.
• Partner with other HR teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Advise managers on performance feedback to support development.
• Lead or contribute to HR initiatives and program development.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support HR and the organization.
