Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience, including 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience in organizational development, employee engagement, learning and development, organizational culture, and/or change management.
• Experience developing and implementing talent, engagement, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
• Support performance management, succession planning, career development, and talent management programs.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coach and advise managers on employee performance, development, and organizational effectiveness.
