Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for the Waterville manufacturing complex. This hands-on role partners with site leadership, guiding labor relations and talent management across a unionized workforce within the Engineered Products division.

Pay Range $111,400.00-$153,100.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for the Waterville manufacturing complex. This complex is part of our Engineered Products business division and consists of two plants, a separate warehouse, and a unionized workforce. This hands-on leadership role serves as a strategic partner to site leadership while directly supporting day-to-day HR operations. Leading a team of one HR Manager and one HR Specialist, the Senior HR Manager is responsible for labor and employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, compliance, employee engagement, and leadership development. The ideal candidate combines strong labor relations experience with the ability to influence business outcomes and build a high-performing culture.
Ability to travel on a limited basis - less than 10%.
Ability to support off-hours as needed for 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Office-based at the manufacturing facility with expectation to have significant presence on the production floor.
Must be able to comply with all site safety requirements, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in operational areas.
May occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
