Job summary

Mith-ih-Kwuh Economic Development Corporation d/b/a Tribal One is seeking a full-time HR Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple entities. The role requires strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations and workforce development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HRM or related field; SHRM-SCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HR strategy aligned with growth and 8(a) requirements.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CEO, Board and ownership on workforce matters.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS reporting across sites.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding across multiple business entities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
• Support Tribal hire and Coquille Indian Preference where applicable.
