Qualifications

• Specialized experience administering or overseeing retirement and benefits programs (e.g., FEHB, FEGLI, FERS/CSRS, TSP) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters (e.g., conduct, performance, discipline, grievances) to managers and senior leadership.
• Supervising or directing HR staff delivering retirement, benefits, and employee relations services.
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retirement and benefits operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on employee relations matters and policy execution.
