Job summary

This strategic HR role partners with brewery, manufacturing, distribution and hospitality leadership to drive people outcomes across multiple locations, balancing employee relations with workforce planning and safety programs. The role requires 7+ years in HR within operational environments, strong knowledge of employment laws, and a proven ability to influence leaders and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, CPG, food/beverage, hospitality, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations with hourly and salaried staff.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and wage/hour rules.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Operational Leadership: align people strategies with business objectives across the West Region beer operations.
• Employee & Labour Relations: lead investigations, counsel leaders, support bargaining where applicable.
• Talent Management & Leadership Development: integrate talent reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Safety, Compliance & Risk Management: uphold OSHA compliance, incident reviews, return-to-work processes.
• Employment Law & Regulatory Compliance: ensure lawful practices, audits, and policy consistency.
• Compensation, Benefits & HR Programs: support recognition, benefits, and HR program execution.
