TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC seeks a Senior HR Generalist to partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce development.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR programs align with business goals, driving engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work with HR Business Partners and Recruiting to support workforce planning, data analytics, and compliance, using platforms like Workday or UKGDimensions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management matters.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems.
• Experience with Workday, UKG Dimensions, or similar platforms preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Build relationships with managers and employees to understand business needs and recommend HR solutions.
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Support talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR data, prepare dashboards for leadership, and drive process improvements.
