Job summary

Optima Tax Relief, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Senior Generalist in our Santa Ana, CA office. You will coordinate personnel records, manage employee files, and support onboarding, trainings, and HRIS entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with management to resolve employee relations matters, oversee Paycom transactions, and help implement performance improvement plans while upholding Optima’s culture and PII security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM credentials are a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Coordinator to manage Ask HR ticketing system and resolve inquiries.
• Work with Management to resolve Employee Relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Help provide training to Mid-Management on HR related subjects.
• Oversee personnel transactions in Paycom including hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, and separations.
• Responsible for processing unemployment and disability claims.
• Support onboarding processes, audits of I-9s, personnel files, and HRIS entries.
• Assist in investigations for workers' compensation injuries and privacy protection.
