Job summary

Weidmann Electrical Technology AG in Urbana, OH is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with site leadership and employees across the full HR spectrum. You will drive key initiatives, manage complex employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and mentor HR peers.

You will lead talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring legal compliance and a positive, engaged culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and compliance.
• PHR or SHRM-CP required; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/24/7 operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to guide employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure policy compliance and administer HR programs and leave processes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning.
• Leverage HR systems to maintain records and drive data-driven decisions.
