Qualifications

• Seven years of professional full-time senior HR consulting experience.
• Two years administering protected leaves (FMLA/PFML) and reasonable accommodation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level HR Consultant and expert Generalist for agency leadership and staff.
• Administer protected leave programs and manage reasonable accommodations.
• Interpret employment laws and agency policies; advise on investigations and labor relations.
• Support classification, compensation, performance management and workforce planning.
