Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with coaching ability.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and guide managers and staff.
• Proficient in HR policies and state/federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand goals and address issues.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates; assist workforce planning.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Investigate employee relations issues and support disciplinary actions.
• Coach management on performance, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate across sites to improve HR processes and compliance.
• Provide weekly staffing updates to management.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
