Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience must include recruiting, employee relations, and basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Highly collaborative with a partnership mindset and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Experience with HR management systems and benefits administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to understand business goals and address systemic HR issues.
Source, recruit, screen and interview candidates for organizational roles and workforce planning activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
Research and resolve employee relations issues, including internal investigations and disciplinary actions.
