Job summary

EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH) in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to provide full-cycle HR support onsite. You will partner with the VP of HR to recruit, onboard, and address employee relations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience from day one.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, policy guidance, events coordination, and effective internal communications to foster an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting responsibilities.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of steps for postings, hires, changes, and terminations.
• Enter personnel data into the HRIS and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct effective new hire orientations for a positive first-day experience.
• Provide guidance on attendance, leaves of absence, and employee relations matters.
• Support policy communication and coaching to leaders to ensure consistent application.
