Job summary

AEG Fuels, a global aviation fuels and services provider, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support the U.S. workforce.

You will own onboarding, HRIS administration, reporting, benefits, and change management, ensuring accurate data and consistent processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience, strong reporting skills, and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as Senior HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS, with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience managing onboarding and lifecycle processes from hire to separation.
• Experience administering U.S. benefits and working with brokers/carriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for U.S. employees including I-9, docs, and benefits enrollment.
• Partner with Recruiting, Payroll, IT and managers to ensure timely starts.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records; conduct HRIS audits and data reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports on headcount, turnover, onboarding, and benefits.
• Administer U.S. employee benefits and coordinate with brokers and carriers.
• Support change management for new HR systems, policies, programs, and processes.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and adjust processes for consistency.
• Document HR workflows and SOPs to reduce manual work and strengthen delivery.
• Process lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding.
• Serve as a resource on policies, benefits, and HR systems; escalate complex issues.
