This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $118,000 annually with additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar position.
• Experience leading complex investigations.
• Proficiency using HRIS systems and Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on employee, customer and vendor complaints.
• Liaison between management and employees.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal employment law.
