Qualifications

• 5 years of successful performance as a Generalist or HR-related role in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

• Ability to conduct investigations with fairness and urgency.
• Proven ability to advise management on pay decisions and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment efforts including posting, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide trend reports for retention improvements.
• Oversee separations and offboarding activities.
• Advise management on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Support compensation program and benefits processes, including open enrollment.
• Coordinate performance evaluation processes and training initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate organizational-wide training and development.
