First Quality is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for its McElhattan, PA facility. The role covers planning, developing, implementing and evaluating HR programs in support of organizational goals, partnering with management to drive success and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

You will lead recruitment, compensation reviews, benefits administration, performance evaluations and training initiatives, while fostering engagement and a compliant, high-performing work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5 years of successful performance as a Generalist and/or other HR related role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• PHR preferred.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws; analytical and confidential handling of information.
• Strong understanding of HR functions: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and compensation proposals.
• Manage recruitment efforts including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and decisions.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide trend reports for retention and improvement.
• Oversee separations and offboarding activities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and policies.
