Job summary

Eaton’s Fibrebond division in Minden, Louisiana seeks a Senior HR Generalist onsite to partner with plant leadership and drive employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and development initiatives.

In this hands-on role you’ll support safety and continuous improvement, handle HR policies, coordinate recruitment for hourly and salaried staff, and help sustain a high-performance culture at the manufacturing campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) or more years of HR experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, plan, implement and coordinate HR programs and policies.
• Support recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop and disseminate HR policies and procedures through communications and meetings.
• Prepare reports for legislated or organizational needs.
• Coordinate recruitment for hourly or salaried positions.
