Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR programs and policies in compliance with guidelines.
• Support recruitment, personnel records, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and org development.
• Coordinate HR policies and procedures dissemination via communications and meetings.
• Prepare reports per legislated requirements or organizational needs.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations issues.
• Maintain affirmative action and EEO plans.
