• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 5 years of successful generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong analytical ability and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal, written and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and compensation proposals.
