Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or electrical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and employment compliance.
• Experience with employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and coaching managers.
• Experience with performance management, HR compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment and workforce growth.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
