Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 15+ years in human resources; 10+ years in leadership; global HR experience.
• Experience with life sciences or biotech sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term business strategy into a global people strategy driving growth and effectiveness.
• Act as trusted advisor to CEO and board on organizational design and leadership decisions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition for a global workforce.
• Direct HR operations across multiple countries ensuring regulatory compliance and strong employee relations.
