Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience leading and supporting strategic initiatives, influencing others, and driving results and change.
• Previous plant/manufacturing experience.
• Strong data & analytics orientation; ability to present thought leadership.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for a 700-employee facility, including ER, benefits, recruitment, and learning and development.
• Support frontline supervision and senior plant management on policies, contract interpretation, and counseling.
• Lead recruitment for salaried and hourly roles and administer training programs on benefits and policies.
• Conduct and coach on benefits orientation, harassment prevention, and policy compliance.
• Partner with leadership to implement organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Drive HR initiatives with the Director of HR Operations and corporate HR teams.
