Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through performance, compensation cycles and exits
• Partner with portfolio managers, analysts and traders on HR solutions
• Work with CFO and General Counsel on compensation benchmarking and year-end reviews
• Shape day-to-day HR operations with autonomy in New York
