Job summary

Tampa Family Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist IV – Employee Relations to lead complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and advise leaders on performance and policy.

This onsite, full-time role requires handling sensitive information with discretion and coordinating with HR leadership. Rooted in a mission-driven health center, TFHC values strong workplace ethics, compliance, and proactive risk management across departments and locations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of professional HR experience including employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling confidential matters.
• Ability to advise managers on complex employee relations and performance issues.
• Formal training or advanced knowledge in investigations, policy interpretation, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and manage employee relations complaints and concerns.
• Conduct timely, objective workplace investigations and interview relevant parties.
• Prepare investigation summaries and recommendations for HR leadership.
• Advise managers on performance, conduct, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Support corrective actions, terminations, and employee separations as needed.
• Monitor trends and escalate high-risk cases to leadership and counsel.
